Dear Colleagues:

During the 2005-2006 school year audio-visual (AV) services personnel, at the request of division heads, department heads and faculty, video taped and created DVDs of more than 30 performances school wide. The vast majority of those performances yielded sales of fewer than five DVDs. Given our limited AV resources and the amount of time and effort expended for these productions, we have no choice but to prospectively limit the number of shows that we video tape and for which we produce DVDs. As much as we would like to accommodate everyone’s AV production requests, it is simply not feasible for us to continue to cover so many events.

Please find below a list of next year’s events for which we will be able to produce DVDs and make them available to the school community via the Trevor Online Store on my.TrevorNet. Please keep in mind all divisions have the option of handling the video taping of their performances and/or contracting outside AV service providers to video tape and produce DVDs for events not included on the TDS AV list. DVDs produced by outside vendors may also be sold through the Trevor Online Store.
