The Information Technology staff is on call to
provide hardware and software support for Trevor students. For hardware
maintenance, software or TrevorNet issues please refer to the “Go-To” matrix
below to identify the tech staff member on your campus who is best suited to
handle your problem. If you have a laptop issue, you should visit a tech staff
person on your campus with a check mark next to their name in column (C). For
other technology matters, please see the appropriate tech staff member or send
them an e-mail. For general technology help visit the
Technology Information page.
Printer
Problems - Please do
not attempt to clear paper jams or fix printer errors. Contact the tech staff
member responsible for printer problems.
