An error of any database web or asp page that returns the following heading:

You are not authorized to view this page

This error is caused by failure to check the "Bypass proxy server for local connections" option in Internet Explorer/LAN settings. The error will not present itself if a user has installed and is actively using WSP Client.

It is a good idea, first to make sure you have an updated version of Internet Explorer.

Solution

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Tools Menu
3. Internet Options
4. Connections Tab
5. LAN Settings
6. Check "Bypass proxy server for local connections"
7. Click OK
8. Click OK again.
9. Click here to try to Open Attendance again.
10. Click here to return to student schedule and try again
