Outlook 2007 Search Does Not Return Results

Solution: Please perform the following instructions to repair Office 2007

1. Exit Outlook
2. Click Start
3. Click Control Panel
4. Double click Programs and Features icon
5. Click on Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 (in the program list)
6. Click Change in the toolbar on top
7. Click Repair
8. Click Continue

After the repair has completed, run indexing as described below.

1. Exit Outlook.
2. In Microsoft Windows, click the Start button, and then click Control Panel.
3. Click Indexing Options.
   • NOTE In Classic view, double-click Indexing Options.
4. Click Advanced.
5. Click Rebuild.
6. Restart Outlook.

The more emails you have in your mailbox (which includes all Outlook folders) the longer the indexing process will take.
