or click on the address book button--
an
open book on the toolbar.
- Where it says Global
Address List on the upper right, browse for Contacts.
Click here if you do not have contacts listed.
- Go to File/New Entry (or click on the new entry
button-- it looks like a Rolodex card or even a leggo). On
the bottom left, make sure the box says "Put this entry/ In the Contacts."
- From this point on, you can create addresses in your
contacts for non-TDS people and make distribution lists
for your classes.
For single entry, non-TDS people:

- Enter the
data.
- Click Save and Close.
To create a
GROUP LIST for a class:
- Select New Distribution List/OK.
- Give the
group a name in the slot provided.
- Click on the Select Members button to add
students' names. You will see the familiar Global Address List.
The names you choose will show up in the box on the right.
- Click OK.
- If you want to add a non-TDS address to this list, click on the Add New
button and fill in the name and non-TDS address.
- Click Save and
Close to finish.
If you need to update your lists later on,
- Open your
contacts list,
- Browse for your group list (always bold) and double click on it.
- Click on the Select Members,
- Add New or Remove buttons as you did before.
