If you are unable to save MS Office 2007 documents to your H
drive or other network drives, please follow the directions below to correct the
problem.
- Right click on the green box icon in your system tray (lower right
corner of the screen).
- Left click on Launch eTrust ITM…
- Click the eTrust Antivirus option (left side, middle icon)

Click the Realtime Settings tab (highlighted
below)

- Click the Advanced Tab (highlighted below)
- Uncheck Protect Network Drives (highlighted)

- Click Apply
- Close eTrust ITM.
Try saving a file to your network drive. |
