| TAP Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) |
NYS residents who submit a FAFSA indicating at least one NYS Institution will be sent a pre-printed TAP application form which must be completed, signed and returned to the NYSHESC by May 1, 1999/ | US citizens or eligible noncitizen and also NYS residents enrolled for 12 credits or more in an approved program.
