Boy’s Varsity Soccer Team wins the ISAL Fair Play Award
The Trevor Day School Boy’s Varsity Soccer team, under the guidance of first year Varsity Coach Mirko Cavar, was named the winner of the 2007 Season ISAL Fair Play Award. The award is voted on annually by the Independent School Athletic League Varsity Soccer Coaches. The award recognizes the ISAL team that best represents the spirit of fair play and exhibits the highest standards of sportsmanship. Congratulations to the Boy’s Varsity Soccer team for this outstanding recognition!
Boy’s Varsity Basketball Team wins Dalton Invitational
The Trevor Boy’s Varsity Basketball team had a very successful two days of play winning two straight games against very touch non-league opponents to winthe Dalton Invitational. On Friday, December 7th Eric ’08, led the team with seventeen points in the Dragons 64-58 victory over Packer Collegiate. On Saturday, December 8th Trevor tipped-off in the tournament finals against the host team. Jesse ’08 led the effort with nineteen points as Trevor pulled of f a 51-49 victory over Dalton to claim the tournament title.
